How Does Our Grading Work?
We understand that buying a refurbished device online can be daunting. That’s why we use a clear and honest grading system, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy. Each device is fully tested using software and 100% functional, with any necessary parts replaced during refurbishment.
A Grade – Excellent, Like New Condition devices appear flawless at first glance. On very close inspection, you may find 1-3 tiny blemishes, but nothing noticeable during everyday use.
B Grade – Good Condition devices are in good condition with light signs of wear. You may notice small surface scratches on the screen or minor scuffs on the frame, but nothing that affects performance.
C Grade – Fair Condition devices show visible signs of use. They may have multiple small scratches or a few deeper ones that can be felt with a fingernail. The frame may have minor dents or dings.
